Welcome to Mitten Mingle LLC (“Mitten Mingle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of mittenmingle.com (the “Site”) and any services offered, quoted, or coordinated through the Site or via direct communication.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site in any way, including submitting a lead form, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Business Description

Mitten Mingle is a mobile bar experience and trailer rental service offering mobile beverage service, event bar rentals, and professional bartending services for private events, weddings, parties, and social events within Kent County, Ionia County, Grand Rapids, and Montcalm County, Michigan. 

3. Service Agreements & Booking

Submitting an inquiry through the Site does not create a contract or guarantee availability. A formal written service agreement, deposit, and acceptance of payment terms are required to secure services for an event.

All bookings are subject to:

  • Availability of equipment and staff.
  • Execution of a written contract.
  • Receipt of any required deposit or pre‑payment.

4. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

  • Ensure that all alcohol served at an event complies with Michigan state law (e.g., no alcoholic beverages served to persons under 21).
  • Provide all alcohol and related supplies unless an agreement states otherwise.
  • Maintain a safe environment for staff and guests.
  • Obtain any venue permits or insurance required by local or state law.

Mitten Mingle reserves the right to refuse service if environment, conduct, or compliance issues create unsafe conditions.

5. Payment Terms

Specific payment terms will be set forth in each service agreement and may include deposits, installment payments, and balances due prior to the event date.

6. No Liability for Alcohol‑Related Incidents

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mitten Mingle and its owners are not responsible for any:

  • Injuries, losses, damages, or claims arising from consumption of alcoholic beverages.
  • Conduct by event guests including injury or property damage.
  • Delays or cancellation due to force majeure events (weather, emergencies, etc.).

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Mitten Mingle harmless from any claims arising out of alcohol service, event logistics, or guest actions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site including text, images, trademarks, and service descriptions are the property of Mitten Mingle or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

8. Privacy & Data Policy

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs our collection and use of your information and can be found at mittenmingle.com/privacy (or the relevant URL where the policy is hosted).

9. Third‑Party Links

The Site may include links to third‑party services or platforms. These are provided for convenience and are not under our control. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or security.

10. Amendments to Terms
